Uploading For Your Content Type
Our upload methods do change slightly, depending on what category your item type falls under.
If your item type falls under these categories – Photography, Video, Web, Code, or Music, then you’ll have to upload your items through your Market account, whether that be on VideoHive, AudioJungle or ThemeForest.
If your item category is Graphics then you can upload directly through your Elements Dashboard and if they’re Web & Code then you can upload/link your items through your Elements Dashboard after you’ve added them to Envato Market.

First, upload your items to ThemeForest. Once your items are approved on Market, upload/link your items on the Elements Contributor App.
Code
Once your items are approved on CodeCanyon, upload/link your items on the Elements Contributor App.
