Check out some of the key features we’ve improved to make sure we’re always helping you along your Envato journey:

New Search Function

We’ve improved the search functionality so that you’ll get more accurate results when searching for articles on the Help Center. This means less time navigating and more time getting the information you are looking for!

Brand New Page Navigation

We’ve updated our help guides to include drop downs, filters and even personalized help for each content type (GIFs and all!). Plus, we have spring cleaned the whole Help Center to ensure only the most up-to-date and relevant content is served to you.

Video Help Guides

The Help Center now includes a video series for stock video and photo Authors. Check out these videos for top tips on the item submission process, including an easy checklist to follow when getting ready to submit an item. Plus, we’ll be releasing videos for other content markets soon.

Uploads Guide

It’s now even easier to get help uploading your items. We have combined all upload guides into one easy, simplified guide. So whether you are a market or an Elements Author (or both!), you can get what you need in one location.

New and Improved FAQs

No more scrolling! Our FAQs have a new look. With a new order, lots of drop downs and new formatting you can now get the answers you need, fast.
